Conference Supplier Prize Information Form
HOW PRIZES WILL BE DISTRIBUTED
Chain Operator winners will be chosen randomly and notified during the Conference luncheon session via text message.
The text will instruct them to go to Market Vision’s table where they will choose a random card that Market Vision has prepared with your company name on it (one card per prize).
Chain Operators will be instructed to take that card to your company’s table during the luncheon session to pick up their prize, so it is then up to you to make the most of this connection – a WIN, WIN!!
PRIZE PARTICIPATION
Supplier participation is completely optional. You may submit just 1 prize if you like or up to 5 items for the prizes to be awarded at the Luncheon & Conference Session. ALL PRIZES WILL BE REDEEMED AT YOUR TABLE. You must have the prize(s) with you at your luncheon table.
Prizes should consist of gift cards, small electronics (iPad, Kindle, headphones), tech gadgets, etc. We recommend that you do not use your company products or corporate logo merchandise as prizes.
Please, no large items. Chain Operators should be able to pack prizes away easily in their luggage, or you will be responsible for shipping them.
